  When I booked the car, I noticed the address and phone number that came up was an old one. I changed it, I thought. I booked it for 9:00 AM pick up. At 9:30 I phoned them and asked them to pick me up around 11:00. They said that would work. At 11:45 they hadn't arrived so I phoned and found out they had the wrong address and phone number. Finally they arrived about 1:30PM. When I arrived to pick up the car, the only car left had not been cleaned. I figured out they were stalling because they had given my car out and were waiting until they got another car in. The car was a Buick Verano. The fuel consumption was good for the size of car. The ride was smooth. The seat was very uncomfortable. The front of the of the seat bottom would not go down far enough and the seat back did not give good support. After 5 hours driving my back had had it. Returning the car went smoothly. My experiences renting with Enterprise before have always been good.

  Dissapointed to say the least, Need to rent ASAP, but will not use nor recommend Enterprise, Leduc.

  This location gives a terrible name to enterprise. The rudest customer service when they actually answer their phone.

  Received a text message that vehicle needed to be returned on Sunday as my insurance money was run out. Never caught the message until Sunday afternoon.

  I had someone confirm a week ago of my pickup time and also phoned two hours before my pickup time on the day of my rental to double confirm. The time of pickup came around and no one had been dispatched to get me. They were then going to dispatch someone at that point but I was 45 minutes away from the location and didn't want to wait so I had my husband bring me in, costing us and extra $20 in gas and 1.5 hours of driving for my husband. They should stop saying "we'll pick you up" when they answer the phone, because clearly they failed to.
